Refund & Returns Policy
At Volt & Co. Electrical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Change of mind returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
How to request a return
Email us at [voltandcoelectrical@gmail.com ] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned: items that have been installed or used, items returned without original packaging, and items purchased on clearance.
Our liability
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
